2. Sale of alcohol
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 is prohibited (French Public Health Code, article L.3342-1). By reserving or ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Proof of age may be requested at pickup or delivery. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health: please drink responsibly.
3. Reservations & terms of sale
Reserving online does not require any payment. Reserved bottles are held in store for 48 hours after confirmation, then returned to the shelves. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, and are subject to availability. Payment is made in store or on delivery, by card, cash or cheque. Delivery costs are confirmed with your order. For delivered orders, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.
4. Privacy policy
When you reserve a bottle or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and order details. This data is only used to prepare and follow up your reservation and is kept for no longer than 3 years after our last exchange. It is never sold or shared with third parties, except the carrier for deliveries. Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@cellier.shop.
5. Cookies
This website only uses the cookies needed for it to work and for anonymous audience measurement. No advertising cookies are used. Your reservation cart is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to us until you confirm it.
